Micah- 2 weeks

My baby is 2 weeks old today. He is a great baby- eating every 3 hours and at night will occasionally go 4-5 hours. His umbilical cord fell off 2 days ago (yay, I think it's gross). His big brother still likes him. When Eli woke up from his nap today, he was yelling "mommy, Micah, mommy, Micah". Eli notices when Micah cries and he usually says "bay bruler, don't be cryin" or "bay bruler, momma hold you". 

Dislikes: getting his diaper changed and baths.

We went to the doctor today for his 2 week check. He was supposed to be back to his birth weight (6lb 7oz) by today and he was 7lbs 4oz 13% and 19.5inches 9% (1in growth since birth). He's a good eater! 

I just love his lips in this one.

First attempt at a bottle...somewhat successful.

Sometimes when I'm taking pictures of Micah, Eli says "take picture Eli".

This is Eli's favorite thing right now. Grandma Wertenberger got this for him when she came and stayed with us. Now he loves watching Cars while sitting in his chair.
