Greta Jo (or Greta-Girl, as Lana calls her) turned one month old on Monday. So far her personality seems pretty chill unless she isn't feeling well. This last week she has fought off a little cold- nothing too bad, but it made for some rough days and nights. She seems to be over it now, and we are thankful. She eats about every 3 hours during the day and at night has stretched 5-6 hours at times.
'In the last month, she went to her first basketball game (state 3A) and has been to church a few times. We also got to go to the grade school to watch big sister Haddie get an award. That was an outing! :)
Unfortunately, this past month also included the sudden death of Greta's Grandpa Wichert. We are so sad she won't grow up knowing his loving teases and story-telling. The big kids and mom and dad have promised to tell her lots of stories and show her pictures so she feels she knows him as she grows up.
